What to include
in your first message
You do not need a formal brief. A few honest sentences are enough for us to give a useful first response.
The most helpful messages cover four things. First, the business: what you do, who you serve and roughly how long you have been doing it. Second, the problem: what is not working, whether that is a website that does not convert, a brand that has outgrown its identity, or a launch with no story yet. Third, the timeline: any fixed dates such as a product launch, an investor meeting, an exhibition or a festival campaign. Fourth, what you have already: existing brand assets, a current website, previous agencies or research.
If you are not sure which service you need, choose the closest option or Other and describe the situation. Choosing the right starting point is part of our job, and it is common for a conversation that begins about a website to turn out to be about positioning.
Anything you share with us, from pricing to plans that have not been announced, is treated as confidential. If you would like a formal non-disclosure agreement before you send details, say so in your first message and we will sign one before the conversation goes further. Wakad
Our studio is at 502, Neelambari, Chaudhari Park, Wakad, Pune, in the Wakad area on the western edge of the city. Wakad is well connected to Hinjewadi, Baner, Aundh and the Mumbai–Pune Expressway, which makes it convenient for clients across the city’s technology and industrial belts.
We welcome visits by appointment so we can set aside proper time for you and the right people from the team. If you are travelling from elsewhere in India, we are equally comfortable running workshops, reviews and presentations over video, with shared boards that keep everyone looking at the same thing.

It depends on scope and complexity. A focused branding project can take several weeks, while a website build, a film or a multi-channel programme needs longer. After the first consultation we share a realistic timeline with milestones rather than a vague estimate.
Every project is scoped around goals, complexity and timeline, so we do not publish generic packages. Share your brief and we will respond with a clear proposal and estimate. Services can be bought individually or combined, whichever suits the business.
The studio is at Chaudhari Park in Wakad, Pune, and we meet local clients in person. We also work with businesses across India through video calls, shared review boards and a structured project workflow, so location rarely affects the quality or the speed of the work.
